Welcome to issue 5 of 3rd Muse. It's been a quiet month as far as any brainstorming ideas for the editorial go. One thing I have been wondering about, is what possible additions I could make to the journal, and I would actually appreciate any feedback on this point, if any readers may have such. A newsletter has been suggested, but I am not sure I see a real need for one. If any readers have something in particular that they would like to see added to the journal, please, do feel free to let me know so I can consider it.

The number of submissions this month really jumped; I have not been keeping track, but it felt like almost double of any previous month. I'm very gladdened by this, needless to say, and as always very appreciative of all the support 3rd Muse is continuing to receive. I'm still managing to keep response times down to a minimum, (one to four weeks is stated in the guidelines for "safety", but in fact, so far, response times have rarely been longer than a week) and plan on keeping them that way.
