Editorial, Issue 14

Welcome to 3rd Muse Poetry Journal issue 14. Another quiet month, but as always I am very pleased to have the opportunity to present the poems on show. It's been a bit of a "strange" month actually, with a much larger number of submissions than usual falling into that "borderline" category. It certainly can cause a bit of a headache, especially when you feel under pressure to "fill an issue", but if anything, I think it served to cement that notion inside me that if I can "take it or leave it", I'll leave it. In the end, I feel this is best both for the magazine and for my own conscience.

My apologies to subscribers and single issue recipients of the print edition, for the October issue's delay. This was caused by the initial print run coming back faulty and needing to be re-done. Everyone expecting a copy should have received theirs by now.

On a brighter note, the print edition of 3rd Muse Poetry Journal is now available in the States. If you happen to live in San Francisco, you should be able to pick up a copy from City Lights Bookstore. It is of course, still available from Readings Books and Music in Melbourne, Australia as well. The addresses and contact numbers for both stores have now been added to the 3rd Muse Poetry Journal Print page. I'm trying my best to get the issue into as many bookstores as possible, so hopefully there will be some more additions in the future. If you wish to subscribe or purchase a single issue directly, all the info is to be found at the page linked above as well.

My thanks to everyone involved, as always.

Enjoy the issue.
